The Arena, Stockley Park Business Park
Smith Jenkins obtained planning permission in 2018 for a new hotel as an extension to The Arena building. The Arena is in the Green Belt and locally listed and comprises the leisure and services hub serving the Business Park. The hotel is due to achieve PC in August 2020 and we have been retained throughout the tender and construction period by the landowners and contractors to provide planning support, including making a number of amendment to the scheme, discharging conditions and s106 obligations.
