We are retained by Travelodge to provide planning consultancy advice in connection with all of their development projects and management of their estate.
This includes advising the business on changes in legislation, monitoring emerging policy and CIL charging schedules, acting as agent for various planning applications from external alterations to new hotels and extensions. We also act as the outsourced Planning Manager for Travelodge where hotel schemes are being delivered by other parties with terms agreed with Travelodge. We are able to provide initial advice to landowners, developers and funders on the planning feasibility of including a Travelodge hotel in any scheme and to act as planning consultant on developer led schemes progressing to application.
