Hampton by Hilton hotel
Planning permission obtained for 84 bedroom Hampton by Hilton hotel on behalf of Seraphine Hotels. The hotel replaces a redundant office building within Ealing town centre. The scheme has been designed to complement a new office building being constructed next door as well as creating the opportunity for a further phase of development. The site is sensitivity located close to residential properties and within an office area. Following public consultation with local residents, business groups and Councillors, a robust planning application package was prepared and submitted to the London Borough of Ealing. The scheme was unanimously approved at Committee and received the support of the GLA.
