Smith Jenkins Ltd was established in 2012 as an independent town planning consultancy based in Milton Keynes. Since then we have worked hard to gain and maintain a reputation for delivering excellence for our clients. In 2021, we broadened our offering to include heritage & townscape services across the country.
Our planning consultancy services are designed to lead our clients through the complexities of the development process. Our work typically involves the project management of planning applications and planning appeals, and the promotion of land through the plan making process.
Our heritage consultancy services help clients understand how development should respond to buildings or areas which are considered to be of heritage value so that they can manage risk and understand the feasibility of sites better.
