Permission obtained for comprehensive refurbishment, new ground floor facade and two storey extension to office building within Fitzrovia, Camden. The building is located within a conservation and in close proximity to other office buildings and residential properties. The scheme that was developed in close collaboration with design and conservation officers at Camden Council significantly improves the appearance of the building and increases its total floorspace. The new building also incorporates a roof top terrace and is being delivered to a Category A standard.
