Acting for the freeholders, Smith Jenkins secured planning permission for the comprehensive refurbishment and extension of this office building, with new floors and decked car park.  Smith Jenkins worked alongside the design team from project inception to delivery to ensure planning was considered at all stages. Prior to planning submission, the scheme proposals were discussed with the LB Hillingdon via their pre-application process and with the Stockley Park Estates Company. We also led on negotiation of the planning application and its presentation to Planning Committee.
