Class Q Prior Approval granted for the conversion of agricultural buildings to five residential dwellings.

Rosebury Farm is located in the Central Bedfordshire Green Belt and contains 25 agricultural buildings. Smith Jenkins provided comprehensive planning advice, starting with an initial appraisal of the site and planning strategy advice, through to the pre-application stage and the submission of an application for Class Q prior approval.

The approved development will deliver five new dwellings that are in-keeping with the rural character of the surrounding area and will enhance the overall appearance of the site.
