Smith Jenkins secured the renewal of planning permission for a low-impact dwelling in Bow Brickhill.
Acting on behalf of the site owners, we successfully obtained a new consent for the Paragraph 79 (formerly Paragraph 55) home despite significant local opposition. We also discharged the subsequent planning conditions and represented the owners at an appeal hearing, where costs were awarded against the Council.
