This new hotel is required to replace a redundant office building within Ealing town centre.
The scheme has been designed to complement a new office building being constructed next door as well as creating the opportunity for a further phase of development.
The site is sensitivity located close to residential properties and within an office area. Following public consultation with local residents, business groups and Councillors, a robust planning application package was prepared and submitted to the London Borough of Ealing.
Planning permission obtained for 84 bedroom Hampton by Hilton hotel on behalf of Seraphine Hotels.
The scheme was unanimously approved at Committee and received the support of the GLA.
