Working with Poplar HARCA and Telford Homes, we were part of the team that obtained planning permission for the redevelopment of the district centre to support and add to the existing retail facilities as well as providing additional uses to maintain an active centre throughout the day and night.
We have subsequently been retained to advise on the optimisation of the site.
We prepared a heritage strategy which underpinned the masterplan and ensured that we maintained the essence of what makes Chrisp Street such a special place – from its people to its design.
