Rebecca is a chartered member of the RTPI with 8 years of post-qualification experience in public and private sector planning. Rebecca’s qualifications include an MSc in Spatial Planning from Oxford Brookes University and a BSc degree in Geography from the University of Manchester.

As a Planning Consultant, Rebecca has advised on a wide variety of projects, including residential development, care homes, a new theatre, academic buildings, a river port and railway-related development.
