We represent a range of charity organisations, community groups, religious organisations and public sector bodies and have secured planning permission for large scale community hubs and health centres, places of worship and community halls etc.
Community uses - places of worship, health centres, community halls - in rural locations often have particular and unique planning challenges which we have extensive experience of dealing with. We understand the sensitivity around them and the often complicated technical considerations they may raise such as highways and open countryside issues.
Our service is tailored to meet our clients specific requirements, and deliver a planning strategy which has due regard to the key or likely contentious issues to ensure that we have the best opportunity to achieving success. This often includes providing expert advice on planning strategy, listed building matters, and design; securing the right project team and specialists consultants, and managing, attending community engagement events to ensure that the scheme has the least possible resistance.
