B3 Living - The White House, Cheshunt

Smith Jenkins, working with B3 Living, assisted in the delivery of new affordable homes on a previously developed site in Cheshunt.

Broxbourne Borough Council at the time were delivering very few homes, and the redevelopment of this site not only provided an improvement to the local area, but also provided for much needed affordable homes. The site was occupied by a 1970’s affordable housing scheme in need of significant investment and the proposal provided high quality, energy efficient homes.

Planning permission was granted in a timely way and construction has commenced on site.
