Rebecca Doull

Rebecca is an Associate Director at Smith Jenkins and is a chartered member of the RTPI with 11 years of post-qualification experience in public and private sector planning. Her qualifications include an MSc in Spatial Planning from Oxford Brookes University and a BSc degree in Geography from the University of Manchester.

Rebecca began her career working as a Planning Officer at Milton Keynes City Council, before moving to the private sector to work for a national housebuilder and then subsequently for a Planning Consultancy (including a temporary secondment to Network Rail). Rebecca has worked in planning consultancy since 2016.

As a Planning Consultant, she has advised on a wide variety of projects, including residential development, care homes, a new theatre, academic buildings, a river port, railway-related development and a zoo. Rebecca has extensive experience managing multi-disciplinary project teams and manages schemes from the pre-application stage, through to the determination of the planning application and beyond.
