Charlotte has a background in undertaking desk-based research and assessing the significance of historic buildings within the wider historic environment. She has a specific interest in the evolution of historic buildings and their use over time, enjoying the process of assessing the fabric of buildings against archival research.
Charlotte’s experience has primarily been in the Channel Islands, where she was responsible for producing historic building assessments for a wide range of sites including parks and gardens, features in the landscape, and buildings themselves. She also has experience providing advice on locally listed buildings and assisting with heritage statements and appeals.
