We are very pleased to have received planning permission for demolition of a dwelling and its replacement in the Moor Park Conservation Area, Northwood. Planning permission was issued in less than 8 weeks and with time to spare to avoid our client paying the Council’s CIL charge.
The house provides for circa 8,000 sq ft of accommodation across three floors. This represents an increase of 3,000 sq ft on the existing dwelling and incorporates a basement garage, pool and staff accommodation. The Council were particularly impressed with the proposed design, and use of high quality materials reflecting the high standards of design elsewhere in the Conservation Area.
Smith Jenkins were instructed in respect of planning and heritage. Nicolas Tye Architects produced the design and landscape proposals.
