Smith Jenkins Ltd have obtained planning permission for the creation of an opening into an Arts and Crafts dwellinghouse at lower ground level to create a new integral parking space. The property is within the Fitzjohns and Netherhall Conservation Area and is considered to make a positive contribution to the character and appearance of the Conservation Area.
This permission follows an earlier permission obtained in August 2015 for the excavation of a basement below the footprint of the house and part rear garden, front and rear lightwells, single storey rear extension, and roof alterations. The permission was subject to a S106 agreement to secure a Construction Management Plan. We have advised at all stages of the project.
Smith Jenkins have worked with Stiff and Trevillion architects on this scheme
