Refurbished and Extended Office Building

Planning permission obtained for the comprehensive remodelling and extension of office building to provide new 40,000 sq ft office building in Leatherhead.  Key planning issues related to design, sustainability, BREEAM, highways and parking, and S106 planning obligations and its relationship to the Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL).  Permission granted unanimously at Committee in March 2015.
