Smith Jenkins is working with Morgan Sindall
Construction and the Department for Education
in respect of a proposed replacement 2FE (420
place) primary school and a 39-place nursery under
the DfE’s School Rebuilding Programme (SRP).
Permission was granted in April 2023.
Smith Jenkins has led pre-application discussions
with the Council, including early engagement
meetings with Sport England, a community
engagement programme and the submission of a
full planning application.
