Planning Permission granted for New Dwelling in Stoke Mandeville

Acting on behalf of a private client, we have today secured planning permission for a new dwelling on the site of an equestrian complex in Stoke Mandeville.

Working with Hinton Cook Architects who designed a bespoke house to meet our client’s needs, we have successfully negotiated the planning permission with Aylesbury Vale District Council.  AVDC initially rejected the principle of development on a site in ‘countryside’ uses.  Carefully setting out the case for the redevelopment of stables as previously developed land (as defined in the National Planning Policy Framework (NPPF)) the Council accepted our case, and granted consent.

Our clients are delighted with their planning permission
