Aylesbury Vale Council have granted planning permission for a new 8500 sq ft house at Fox Hole Farm, Winslow. Acting for the landowner, Smith Jenkins have negotiated the planning permission with the Authority, having developed a detailed case for a new house in the countryside.
The new house provides 5 bedroom suites, open plan living areas, staff accommodation and indoor and outside swimming pools.
Hinton Cook Architects have designed a building which re-uses the existing agricultural buildings and resources from the adjacent woodland and re-formed these into a new, hi-tech house, designed to have minimal environmental impact.
