Planning Permission at former Stanley Hunt Printworks, Rushden

Smith Jenkins have secured planning permission on behalf of our client for the redevelopment of the former Stanley Hunt Printworks in Rushden to create 12 dwellings. The Planning Management Committee of East Northamptonshire Council said the scheme was “an exemplar of proactive planning” and “the best possible solution for the redevelopment of the site”. Highways and heritage were notable issues that were overcome and the scheme was recommended for approval without any objections from statutory consultees. Smith Jenkins worked closely with the architects, Parc Design Solutions, throughout the process and are delighted that the application was singled out for praise by committee members.
