Rachael joined the Smith Jenkins team in 2021, initially in a maternity cover position but she enjoyed working with the team so much that she stayed on to assist with the expansion of the company into the heritage sector and to support the rapid growth of the team. As part of the wider business support team, Rachael makes sure everything within the business runs smoothly with a particular focus on finance.

In her free time, she enjoys going to music festivals, travelling and reading. Rachael also has a keen interest in flowers and plants so can often be found in the garden or creating floral arrangements.
