We support individual property owners through all stages of a development to realise their aspirations. Whether this be during the purchase process, where we can identify a site’s potential for change as well as any areas of unauthorised works or, during design evolution where we work with architects to help design a scheme that has a greater chance of being awarded permission and/or consent.

Whether it be for a bespoke home, including replacement dwellings, barn conversions, extensions or basements, involving us in the design process can help the application run more smoothly. We then produce the necessary assessment work and support the submission of the proposed scheme for permission and/or consent.

Through our projects, we have considerable experience working on projects in the open countryside, Green Belt, Conservation Areas and Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Whilst we do a lot of work supporting owners of listed buildings to identify those works that do, and importantly those works that do not, require listed building consent, we also work with historic buildings that are not listed but are still sensitive to change.
