Planning Permission granted for new dwelling in Conservation Area

We are pleased to have received planning permission for a new dwelling in the Mursley Conservation Area. The dwelling is set on the edge of the Conservation Area, adjacent to a listed wall and within the curtilage of a listed building.  Planning permission was granted unanimously by Aylesbury Vale Council at Committee. We are pleased to have received planning permission from Aylesbury Vale Council for the demolition of a number of former agricultural buildings and replacement with a bespoke, contemporary dwelling for a private client. Planning Permission granted for New Dwelling in Stoke Mandeville

Acting on behalf of a private client, we have today secured planning permission for a new dwelling on the site of an equestrian complex in Stoke Mandeville.
